The Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship: one year academic and professional program.

• This program is not aimed at obtaining a graduate degree, but at taking some courses at the graduate level, supplemented by an important professional experience.
• Professional development is an essential component of the program.
• Professional development consists in visits, practical training, and attendance to conferences. The grantee will consult with an academic advisor to plan this aspect of the experience
• Program duration.

From August or early September to June of the following year. For candidates requiring prior intensive English language programs, beginning will be in earlier time of year.
